What does the beta cost?
Nothing. The closed beta runs through October 2026 and is free for invited operators. Beta testers lock in a discounted rate when we open to general availability.
How do I get my data in?
Self-serve, AI-assisted import. Bring CSVs, spreadsheets, or exports from your current system; BrewBuddy walks you through mapping and validation. You stay in control of every record before it lands.
Does BrewBuddy work on a noisy production floor?
Two ways in. Tap the BrewBuddy icon to activate, or say “Hey BrewBuddy” — wake-word detection runs on-device using your tablet's onboard processor, so audio only leaves the device after you've called BrewBuddy by name. A proprietary memory system learns from what you say and what you actually meant — so the more you use it, the more accurate it becomes.
What hardware do you connect to?
Tilt is integrated today. FizzWhizz and Sennos are in progress. We're adding more — anything that exposes MQTT or a REST endpoint is on the roadmap.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Hosted on Render in encrypted form, gated by your operation ID. Sensitive fields are hash-encrypted at rest. Nothing leaves your tenant without your express permission, and you can export everything to CSV at any time.
